Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering by emailing info@gonourishy.com or calling +91 89532 32323. If the order’s already shipped, you can return it once it arrives.
Returns
Not satisfied? Return unused products in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Just email us to start the process – we’ll guide you through it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method.
Damaged Products
Received something damaged? Let us know within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Where’s my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once shipped. If delivery is delayed beyond the estimate, reach out and we’ll investigate.
Do you deliver on holidays?
We don’t deliver on national holidays. Delivery resumes the next working day.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across most of India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability.
Do I need to be home?
Someone should be available to receive the order. For prepaid orders, some couriers allow doorstep drop-off.
